1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NoZero (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NoZero is a personal habit-tracking app for iOS. It lets you mark one meaningful action per day, view a 90-year Life Calendar, and receive insights based on your activity. Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription (see Section 5).

3. Eligibility

NoZero is not directed to children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly allow users under that age to use the App.

4. Your Content and Data

NoZero stores your daily records, usage data, and preferences locally on your device, and may sync this data to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record. NoZero does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name or email address.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

NoZero offers an optional Premium subscription (currently $2.99/month) that unlocks Life Projection and future premium insights. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's own terms and conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any purpose other than personal habit tracking.

7. Product Status

NoZero is available now on the App Store. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the App continues to be developed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within NoZero remain the property of Yelizon unless otherwise stated. The personal records you create remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

NoZero is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. NoZero is a personal productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Yelizon is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
