This Privacy Policy explains how Pedvora (the "App") handles information when you use it. Pedvora is an iOS app that overlays your Garmin ride data onto your cycling videos. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. No Account, No Personal Information

Pedvora does not require you to create an account, and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information.

2. On-Device Processing

The video and .fit file you select are processed entirely on your device. Pedvora does not upload your videos, ride data, or photos to any server, and does not store them outside your device.

3. Route Map Rendering (Apple MapKit)

To draw the route map shown in your overlay, Pedvora sends the GPS coordinates contained in your .fit file to Apple's mapping service (MapKit) to render a map image. This request is used only to generate that image. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking. Apple's handling of this request is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Photos Access

Pedvora requests access to your Photos library only to let you import a video and save your exported video back to your library. This access is used solely for that purpose and nothing is uploaded elsewhere.

5. How Your Information Is Shared

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. The only outside service involved is Apple's MapKit, described above.

6. Data Retention

Since Pedvora does not operate a server or store your data outside your device, there is no account or ride data for me to retain or delete on your behalf. Your videos and files remain under your own control, on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Pedvora is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

8. Your Rights

Because Pedvora does not collect or store personal information on my servers, there is generally no account data for me to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about how a specific feature handles data, contact me using the details below.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
