1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pedvora (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pedvora is an iOS app that overlays Garmin ride data (imported from a .fit file) onto a cycling video you provide, synced by timestamp, and lets you export the result. Processing happens on your device.

3. No Account Required

Pedvora does not require you to create an account. There is no login and no user profile.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the videos and .fit files you import into the App, and for having the right to use them. You retain ownership of your videos, ride data, and exported files at all times.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Product Status

Pedvora is available on the App Store. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the App continues to be developed.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's design, themes, and code remain the property of Yelizon unless otherwise stated. The videos and ride data you import or export remain your own property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pedvora is provided "as is." Yelizon is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
