Proventa (the "App") is developed and operated by Mustafa Dil under the Yelizon studio name (the "developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. Proventa is a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management application intended for use by construction and industrial organizations. This policy provides information about data processing; it does not replace any consent required for a particular feature. Optional AI photo analysis requires your explicit confirmation before the photo is shared with Anthropic, as explained below.
1. Information Collected
The App collects only the information needed to operate the App:
Account information: your email address, name, and assigned user ID, used to sign you in and associate records with your account.
Organizational information: your company identifier, assigned role (for example administrator, HSE, or contractor), and, where applicable, your subcontractor affiliation. This is used to show you the correct data for your organization.
Safety records you create: the content you enter into the App, such as hazard observations, accident and incident reports, work permits, job hazard analyses (JHA), toolbox talks, inspections, training records, workforce (man-hours) entries, contractor pre-qualification details (such as insurance and license status), penalties, waste and asset registers, legal register entries, and corrective actions. These records may include descriptions, locations, dates, and references to personnel.
Health and injury information: incident reports may contain an injured person's name, the affected body part, the nature of an injury, the object involved, lost or restricted workdays, and other health-related details entered in the report. This information is used to document and manage workplace incidents and follow-up actions. Only enter information you are authorized to provide and that is necessary for the report.
Photos: images you choose to attach to hazard reports, incident reports, observations, or as corrective-action evidence. Photos may include people or other personal information visible in the image.
Activity records: audit records may include your user ID, company identifier, actions taken on records, record identifiers, details of changes, and timestamps, to support accountability, security, and the operation of the App.
Diagnostic information: service providers used by the App may collect standard technical and diagnostic data (such as app performance and crash information) to keep the App reliable.
2. How Your Information Is Used
To authenticate you and secure access to your account; to store, organize, and display the safety data belonging to your organization; to enforce role-based access, so users only see information appropriate to their role and company; and to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
3. Service Providers
Proventa uses Google Firebase to provide core functionality, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions. Data you enter is stored on Google's secure infrastructure on behalf of the developer. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
Optional AI photo analysis: when you select "Analyze with AI", the App displays a disclosure identifying Anthropic (the maker of Claude), the photo to be shared, and the purpose of the analysis. Only after you select "Agree & Analyze" is the first photo you selected sent through Proventa's Firebase service to Anthropic for an automated hazard assessment, risk explanation, suggested corrective action, and standard reference. Any people or personal information visible in that photo are included in the transmission. Only share photos you are authorized to disclose.
You can select "Cancel" and complete your report without AI. Canceling this prompt does not send the photo to Anthropic for AI analysis. Saving a report with attached photos still stores those photos using Firebase as part of the normal reporting feature. The App asks for confirmation for each new AI analysis; declining a later analysis does not undo an earlier transmission. AI suggestions may be inaccurate and must be checked before use. Anthropic's processing and retention are subject to the applicable service terms and the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
4. How Your Information Is Shared
Within the App, access to organizational records is controlled by company and role-based permissions. Authorized users and administrators can access records within their permitted scope. The developer and authorized support personnel may access information as necessary to operate, secure, or support the service. Google Firebase processes information to provide the core services described above, and Anthropic receives the selected photo only when you explicitly confirm an AI analysis. The developer does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the rights and safety of users.
5. Data Retention
The developer retains your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the developer at the address below; the developer will delete it unless it must be retained to meet legal or safety-record obligations.
6. Data Security
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored using the security controls provided by the App's service providers. Access is restricted through authentication and role-based rules. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Children's Privacy
Proventa is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact the developer using the details below. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or KVKK.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
