1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Proventa (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Proventa is an iOS application for managing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) processes on construction and industrial sites, including hazard observations, accident and incident reporting, digital work permits, job hazard analyses (JHA), toolbox talks, training records, contractor pre-qualification, workforce and penalty tracking, inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking. Access is provided to organizations and their authorized users, with role-based permissions (Super Admin, Manager, HSE, Field Worker, or Subcontractor).

3. Accounts and Access

Accounts are created and assigned by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your access level and the data visible to you are determined by the role assigned to your account, your company, and, where applicable, your subcontractor affiliation.

4. User-Submitted Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information, report, or photo you submit through the App. Safety records should reflect real, factual site conditions. Do not submit content that is false, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access data outside your assigned role or company, interfering with the App's normal operation, or using the App for any purpose other than legitimate HSE management.

6. Product Status

Proventa is currently preparing for unlisted distribution. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the App continues to be developed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Proventa remain the property of Yelizon unless otherwise stated. The safety records and data you submit remain the property of your organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Proventa is provided "as is." While the App is intended to support your organization's safety processes, it does not replace professional HSE judgment, on-site inspection, or compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. Yelizon is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
